How can I pay? TOP
You can pay via major credit card or e-check using Paypal. You may also send us a check or money order to the address provided during checkout. What are your shipping rates? TOP
We offer flat rate shipping. The rates are as follows:
$2.50 to the US & posessions (including APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam)
$2.50 to Canada.
$4.00 to everywhere else in the world.
Once I order, how long does it take to arrive? TOP
We ship several times per week. Generally, you will receive your items within 5-10 business days. If you have not received your items in 15 business days, contact us so we can locate them. Do you accept returns? TOP
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it with our "No Problem" return policy.
Returns will be subject to a 15% restock fee (minimum $1.00). S/H is not refundable, and you are responsible for the return postage. Do you wholesale? TOP
We do offer large quantites at discount pricing. If you need larger quantities than what is listed, please contact us. Do you have a retail store? TOP
At this point, no. Our warehouse is not set up for retail sales. Occasionally, we do have an open house, at which everyone is welcome. What is the quality of your items? TOP
Everything we sell is the quality that we would use ourselves. If we think it's junk, we WILL NOT sell it! I see you have a large selection of vintage beads. What do you consider vintage? TOP
We consider anything from the late 1970's & earlier vintage. Most of our items date to the 1940's-1960's, with some being from the early 1900's.
What currency are your prices in? TOP
All prices stated are in US dollars. Do you ever have sales? TOP
